I am what the college considers an adult student. I think it should say something like, the one who balances too much. The person that wonders why they are doing this. The
crazy dedicated one. There is so many fun things I could be doing, yet I still go and do this first.

We look happy don't we! |
The professor thought it would be fun to take pictures as we were taking a test. Nothing like a little
anxiety!!!
Sometimes you just have to destress, so first free hour I have I run off to sew. Crumbs fit this niche perfectly.
This is what keeps me sane enough to want to continue with the less fun activities. A party for me at this point would be a bucket of fabric crumbs.
I agree...a crumb party is great for stress and fun sewing!! Your crumb blocks look fantastic. I love the flag fabrics!!!
ReplyDeleteLovely crumb blocks - you have so many! I have to get busy - I only have 18.
ReplyDeleteIt's going to be a stunning quilt. It already has such a great cohesive feel and flow to the colours and blocks.
ReplyDeleteWOW!! That's a lot of crumb squares!! They are so stress free to do. No precise piecing, no exact seams needed, no points to over stress about. Just plain fun.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree...playing with crumbs makes the rest of life manageable! Excellent job on your blocks!
ReplyDeleteWOW..they are looking great. Love the patriotic look to it.
ReplyDeleteI like how yours are coming together! And yes, continue destressing, it is certainly worth the time away from your studies. I have BTDT myself.
ReplyDeleteOh this used to be me - going to college and trying to quilt in my spare time. I've since graduated. Thank goodness. I just wanted to say, keep your nose in those books (and not the quilt books! LOL!!) School first, quilting second. You can do it!!!!
