While at the table...

Normally I work on my sewing upstairs in the spare room. Mainly because I can just leave everything where I'm at and come back to it later. It has it's pros and cons. The biggest con, is that while you are upstairs, your away from everyone else. Sometimes it can leave a lot to be desired.

So temporarily I moved downstairs to the kitchen table. While there I was graced with this one's company. Granted I didn't get to work as fast as I possibly could have. Because there was a "Mommy, look" every couple of minutes. But I didn't mind. It was really nice to have company while sewing.

Did you see Gary the snail here?

Of course, he probably only hung out with me because the wii is broken. What ever the reason, it was time well spent for the two of us. But I really should clean off the table!

  1. It is nice to be able to share time with family and sewing too.

  2. I have been thinking about this very topic. I like to be with everyone when I sew/craft so even if I was lucky enough to have my own room, I would still probably sew in the kitchen. :)
